In view of a prima facie case of contempt having been made out inasmuch as the alleged contemnor did not grant the police help in terms of the order of this court dated March 10, 2021 passed in W.P. 4856 of 2020, the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the contempt application on the alleged contemnors indicating that the matter shall next be enlisted on January 6, 2022. Affidavits, if any shall be exchanged in the meantime.
