The petitioner seeks relaxation of the bail condition imposed upon him directing him not to enter the district of Paschim Medinipur except for the purpose of attending the Court proceedings and to report to the investigating agency once a week until further orders.

This Court is informed that the petitioner has complied with the bail conditions imposed upon him. Trial has almost concluded. Only cross examination of the investigating officers is pending.

In view of the above, the bail conditions imposed upon the petitioner directing him not to enter the district of Paschim Medinipur except for the purpose of attending the Court proceedings and to report to the investigating agency once a week until further orders are waived.

However, the other conditions of bail shall continue. CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
