The petitioner seeks general transfer. Her application for transfer is pending consideration before the Chairman, Purba Bardhaman District Primary School Council.

Without entering into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by the directing the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Purba Bardhaman to consider the said application in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

A reasoned order shall be passed by the aforesaid respondent and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

Learned advocate of the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation along with all

supporting documents in support of the claim of the petitioner to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

Writ petition stands disposed.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
