Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties and considering the submission of the parties I am of the view that there is no scope of passing any interim order in the matter since Mr. Banerjee, learned Advocte appearing for the respondents concerned submits that second show-cause-notice was issued in a different context though the grounds of issuance in both the notices may be the same.
Let the respondents file affidavit-in-opposition within four weeks after the Summer Vacation.
Petitioner to file reply thereto, if any, within two weeks thereafter.
List this matter for final hearing seven weeks after the Summer Vacation.
At the time of hearing, parties should be ready with the short written notes of arguments.
