Present petitions have been filed against three execution petitions filed by the opposite party against the petitioner.

The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he had been paid the entire maintenance, as awarded by the learned court from time to time, without any fail.

Learned counsel submits that despite making entire payment, including enhanced maintenance, the opposite party/wife filed the execution petitions and the learned Trial Court without taking into account the contentions of the petitioner/husband issued the warrant of arrest.

Learned counsel submits that his application may be directed to be decided expeditiously by the

learned Trial Court and he may be given liberty to raise all the contentions before the learned Trial Court.

Considered. The present petitions are disposed of with a direction to the learned Trail Court to verify if whether the petitioner/husband has paid the entire maintenance at the relevant time, which means the enhanced maintenance to the opposite party/wife. 6.

The application being filed by the petitioner to this effect be decided expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment.

Till such application are decided no coercive action be taken against the petitioner.

These petitions are disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all usual requisite formalities.
