Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that 28.03.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.101 Rakib there are change of circumstances and as such he has instruction not to pursue the present writ petition. On the other hand, Mr. K.J. Yusuf, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the State submits that parties have entered into a settlement and communicated with the police authorities. In view of the relationship between the petitioner and the private respondents having changed, the interference of the police authorities at this stage is uncalled for.

Further, in view of the submissions advanced by the petitioner, I am of the opinion that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 5986 of 2025 is disposed of. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
