Leave is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioner to add Purba Bardhaman District Primary School Council and its Chairman as party respondents to the writ petition; copy thereof be served upon Mr. Tanweer J. Mandal, learned advocate for the said council. The husband of the petitioner was an Assistant Teacher at Sankarpur Free Primary School, a school under Mongalkote - III Circle of the aforementioned council, on attaining the age of superannuation the said teacher had retired on May 31, 2014 and had died on June 04, 2020. The petitioner is now praying family pension. A representation of the petitioner to the said effect is pending consideration before the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.), Purba Bardhaman, the respondent no. 4 herein. The said respondent is directed to consider the same in accordance with law and to dispose it of as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

W.P.A. 5992 of 2025 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
