Learned advocate for the petitioners produces the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in Civil Appeal Nos. 7696-97 of 2021 (arising out of SLP(Civil) Nos. 2757-2758 of 2021). Let the order of the Hon'ble Apex Court be kept with the record.

Paragraph 2 of the directions referred to in the order is set out as follows:-

(2) All the pending cases as mentioned in Table I at pages 4 to 8 of the joint application (extracted hereinbelow) shall stand quashed/disposed of/settled and now no case/FIR would remain pending between the parties:

Serial no. 4 of Table I referred to above incorporates CRR 700 of 2021.

In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court, no further order is required to be passed by this court as the connected

proceedings are deemed to be quashed. As such, CRR 700 of 2021 is allowed.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
