Heard learned advocates for the parties and considering their submissions, it appears that grievance of the petitioner is that he is a successful bidder being L-1 which was not considered.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent B.S.N.L. submits that in view of several complaints by the participants, authority concerned has already cancelled the tender itself and the tender in question does not survive any more and in view of that there is no scope for entertaining this writ petition. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, I am of the view that there is no scope of entertaining the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition being W.P.A. 6885 of 2021 is dismissed.
