An application for restoration has been filed being CRAN 4 of 2021. The reasons so assigned are on personal grounds of the learned lawyer. Reasons are found to be sufficient. As such, the revisional application is restored to its original file and number. Accordingly, CRAN 4 of 2021 is allowed.

The main contention of the petitioner was that before the appeal court the petitioner did not have any audience.
