Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank submits that the Sale, which was fixed for today, was brought forward to 28th March, 2023 and that consequently, no Sale has been scheduled for today. On the basis of the submission made by counsel for the respondent Bank, nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition.

WPA 6106 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of, as the same has become infructuous.
