Upadhaya ..... for the petitioner Mr. Avinash Kankani ....for the UOI Learned counsel appearing for the ROC submits that the writ petition has become infructuous since the disqualification of the petitioner was till 31st October, 2022. The disqualification was under Sections 164 read with Section 167 of the Companies Act, 2013.
The petitioner is represented.
Since the period of disqualification is over as of 31st October, 2022 and the DIN has been activated, nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition.
It may be noted that only prayer in the writ petition is for writ of mandamus on the respondents to quash the disqualification of the petitioner under the provisions mentioned above.
WPA 4878 of 2020 is disposed of as having become infructuous.
Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated and all connected applications are disposed of.
CAN/1/2020(Old No: CAN/3754/2020 is also disposed of accordingly.
