2. Report suggests that there are call details recording between the petitioner and the co-accused who was arrested with the commercial quantity of contraband.

3. In such circumstances, we are of the view that the petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

4. Consequently, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

6. CRM (A) 936 of 2025 is dismissed.
