Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 26th October, 2025. The charge sheet has already been submitted and as such the petitioner be released on bail.

On behalf of the State, it is vehemently opposed as the stage before the learned Magistrate is for supply of copies. I have taken into account the materials appearing in the case diary and the complicity of the present petitioner. At this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Petitioner would better be advised to approach this Court after the stage of consideration of charges are over.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 683 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
