WPA 6110 of 2023 is dismissed as having become infructuous.

However, a mail of 24th February, 2023, as placed by learned counsel for the petitioners, shows that the DRT-II has recorded that the application filed by the petitioners is barred by limitation.

The petitioners shall be permitted to file the application before the concerned DRT. The point of limitation shall also be considered and disposed of by the concerned DRT in the presence of the parties. ( Moushumi Bhattacharya, J.)
