This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Hooghly to dispose of the Title Suit No. 815 of 2017 expeditiously.

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. No accommodation has been sought for either.

From the order-sheet appended to this application this Court finds that 13th March, 2025 was fixed for hearing of the application under Order 22 Rule 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

The learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Chandannagore is requested to dispose of the said application as expeditiously as possible if the same has not yet been disposed of. After disposal of the said application the learned trial judge shall make an endeavour to see that the suit is disposed of expeditiously.

Accordingly, C.O. 941 of 2025 is disposed of. No order as to costs.
