It appears from the orders of Court that this matter has been adjourned on repeated occasions i.e., 04.03.2021, 03.02.2021, 19.01.2021, when none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

I am of the view that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with this petition and is deliberately avoiding this Court.

In view of the repeated non-appearance of the petitioner, WPA 4862 of 2004 is dismissed for default. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
