Jayanti Mandal (Roy) and another The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Narendrapur Police Station Case No.233 of 2019 dated 19.02.2019 under Sections 420/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The stage at which the petitioner has approached this Court was when the charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court. The contention advanced in the revisional application are relating to a part of the story of the facts which is ventilated by the present petitioner.

None of the documents on which the prosecution proposes to rely are enclosed along with the present revisional application.

Having considered the stage at which the petitioner approached this Court, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for. The petitioner would be at liberty to canvass the points agitated in the revisional application at the stage of Sections 239/240 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Accordingly, CRR 705 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly
