Mr. Bapuli, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the victim girl has already been recovered and her statement has also been recorded under Section 164 of the Code and presently she is with her parents. Let the report, as filed, be kept on record. Such contention of Mr. Bapuli has not been disputed by Mr. Das, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. Since the victim girl has already been recovered and is presently residing with her parents, no further order is required to be passed in the present habeas corpus petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.
