Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's application for transfer was rejected on the ground of inappropriate pupil - teacher ratio. The said ground is not a ground for rejection under the 2015 Rules. The petitioner may apply afresh for the transfer, which shall be processed by the respondents in terms of the said Rules.

Upon receipt of the application, the HOI shall take a decision on the petitioner's application for transfer within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, W.P.A.

No.5710 of 2022 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
