No one is present today to prosecute this petition. Having examined the record, it is noticed that the allegation of the petitioner is in respect of various criminal and illegal activities by the private respondents who are stated to be Bangladesies disturbing the peace and tranquility of the area.

The record reflects that a mass petition dated 20th April, 2018 has already been sent to the respondent no.3, Superintendent of Police by the local residents in which, allegedly, no action has been taken.

Learned counsel for the State has fairly submitted that there is no objection in considering the grievance of the petitioner raised in mass petition.

Hence, we dispose of the present petition by directing the respondent no.3 to duly consider the grievance raised by the petitioner in the mass

representation dated 20th April, and take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
