Learned advocate appearing for the applicant submits that a member of the Bar has been issued with notice by the department and consequentially a warrant has also been issued by the learned Additional Chief Judicial magistrate. He contends that the action of the authority is in violation of the order dated 14th June, 2023 passed by this Court in MAT 1054 of 2023. The said order was passed in an appeal filed by another member of the Bar. 2.

We dispose of the contempt application giving liberty to the applicant to file a separate writ petition challenging the action initiated by the authority and consequential action by the Court the Additional Chief Judical Magistrate and in such writ petition all grounds can be canvassed including the judgment in MAT 1054 of 2023 be placed before the Hon'ble Court for consideration.
