In Re: CRAN 1 of 2021 We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. In view of the explanation offered by the petitioner in paragraphs 7 to 11 of the petition, we modify the order passed on 3rd August, 2021 to the extent that in the event of arrest of the petitioners namely, Khodabaks Khan, Mustakhin Khan, Bablu Khan, Asad Khan and Lalu Khan @ Based Khan, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two registered sureties each instead of the requirement of one of the sureties being local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. The order dated 3rd August, 2021 is modified to the aforesaid extent only.

CRAN 1 of 2021 is, accordingly, disposed of.
