The two contempt petitions have been filed alleging violation of the orders dated 6th December, 2000 passed in WP 19133 (W) of 1998 and 11th October, 1999 passed in CO 7342(W) of 1990. It appears that two Rules were issued on 19th March, 2003 and 9th April, 2001 respectively.

The matter appeared in the list on 22nd July, 2021 and was called on twice, but no one appeared on behalf of the parties. The matter is appearing in the list today marked as "Last Chance" with a note in the list that appropriate orders will be passed if no one appears in the matter. Even today no one appears in the contempt petitions. No one has applied for joining in the virtual mode.

It appears that the parties are not interested

to proceed further with the contempt petitions. The same are disposed of without any further order. Rules stand discharged accordingly.
