Chakravarty ....for the State It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during the pendency of this proceeding the application under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short SARFAESI Act) has been disposed of.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this application.

The concerned District Magistrate is directed to take all steps to bring the proceeding to its logical conclusion and conclude the same in terms of the SARFAESI.

With the above directions, WPA 6324 of 2026 stands disposed of.
