The earlier condition imposed while granting bail on 06.05.2025 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall meet with the Officer-in-Charge of Amdanga Police Station once a week until further orders.

In case there are violations of tampering or intimidating the witnesses of the case, the concerned Court, in seisin of the case, on having knowledge of the same, will be at liberty to cancel the bail.

In view of the conditions imposed above, the earlier conditions dated 06.05.2025 are altered and restricted to the only condition imposed above.

With the aforesaid observations CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
