This is an application alleging violation of an order dated 6 December, 2024.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that notwithstanding a direction on the respondent authorities and more particularly the Pradhan being the respondent no. 5 to consider and dispose of the representation dated February 28, 2024, there has been no compliance with the above direction.

Despite service, the alleged contemnor remains unrepresented.

Mr. Chandi Charan De, Advocate, along with Mr. Anirban Sarkar, Advocate, who usually appear on behalf of

State are present in Court and are directed to represent the alleged contemnors.

The appointment of Mr. De and Mr. Sarkar be regularized by the Legal Remembrancer. A copy of the application for contempt is served on Mr. De. Upon perusal of the above contents, Mr. De assures this Court that appropriate communication would be made with the respondent no. 5 to ensure compliance with the order dated 6 December, 2024 positively within a month from date.

In view of the above submissions, the instant application being CPAN 619 of 2025 in WPA 6665 of 2024 stands disposed of with a direction that the respondent no. 5 is to comply with the order dated 6 December, 2024 positively within a month from date.
