Pharma Course for the academic session 2023-2024.

Learned advocate appearing for the Council submits that there were some technical difficulties in granting the registration to the petitioners since they have changed their college. The said issue, however, has been resolved and all the petitioners have been granted registration by the council.

The Council has produced the relevant documents to show that the applications for registration of the petitioners have been allowed by the Council.

Let those documents be kept with the records. The copies of such documents have been made over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners.

In that view of the matter, nothing more remains to be decided in this writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 6487 of 2024 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
