Kausik CRM (M) 687 of 2026 In Re: An Application for Bail under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023/ Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in connection with Lalgola Police Station Case No. 736 of 2025 dated 19.08.2025 under Sections 85/117(2)/115(2)/109 of the BNS and 3/4 of D.P. Act. And In the matter of : Sabina Bibi ......Petitioner.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner surrendered and thereafter is in custody for 66 days.

Learned advocate for the State has produced the case diary which reflects that although the petitioner is a distant relative but she injured the victim to the extent that there had to be amputation of the distal part of the right index finger. Having considered the same, I am of the opinion that the petitioner be released on bail after the stage of consideration of charges are over on such terms and conditions as the learned Trial Court deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations CRM (M) 687 of 2026 is disposed of.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
