There is an issue of long absconsion of the petitioner. Consequently, petitioner before us cannot be placed at the same footing as that of other co-accuseds who were enlarged on anticipatory bail.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 860 of 2024 is dismissed.
