Mr. Golam Mostafa, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the revisional application was preferred against the order dated 23.11.2020 passed by the learned Special Executive Magistrate, East Division, Kolkata in Case No.M/SEM58 of 2020.

Learned advocate submits that with the passage of time, the main application has become infructuous. Consequently, the revisional application has also become infructuous. In view of the submissions so advanced, the revisional application being CRR 708 of 2021 is disposed of. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
