It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, that during pendency of the writ petition, the dispute raised with regard to encroachment of the private land of the petitioner has been resolved. As such, it is submitted that the writ petition has spent its force.

In such view of the matter, WPA 3417 of 2016 is dismissed as infructuous, without any order as to costs. Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
