Heard the learned counsels present and an intimation from the petitioner sent to the learned counsel for the petitioner in this case stating that they do not want to proceed with this case, has been filed. Considering the materials on record and the nature of the case before this Court which relates to a G.R. Case under sections 420/409/120B/34 IPC, the prayer of the petitioner is considered and allowed. Criminal Revision is thus disposed of for nonprosecution. Parties will be at liberty to pursue their case before the trial court in accordance with law.
