1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner has applied for intra district transfer after completion of two years from Cooch Behar to Paschim Medinipur.

3. It appears from the records that the petitioner's husband, who was also an Assistant Teacher in Cooch Behar died recently.

4. In those circumstances, this Court directs the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to seek an appropriate report from the District Primary School Council, Cooch Behar and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's transfer in accordance with the applicable Rules within a period of eight weeks from date.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
