Inadvertent typographical error had crept into judgment dated 13.03.2024.

In the 3rd line of the 1st paragraph of the judgment dated 13th March, 2024 "learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-III, Howrah" shall be read as "learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-II, Howrah". Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in the judgment dated 13.03.2024. Other portions of the judgment shall remain unaltered. Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
