Having heard the Learned Advocate for the petitioner and the Learned Public Prosecutor-in-Charge and on perusal of the report submitted by the Investigating Officer attached to Swarupnagar Police Station it is ascertained that the documents filed by the petitioner in order to prove his citizenship of this country were found to be genuine and the petitioner is a permanent resident of Maharashtra. In view of such circumstances, the petitioner be enlarged on bail of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with one surety on condition that she will file an affidavit stating her permanent address and mobile phone number before the

Officer-in-Charge by Swarupnagar Police Station and will attend the Trial Court on the dates of trial. If the petitioner violates any of the above conditions, the order of bail shall be cancelled without further reference to this Court.
