The matter was listed under the heading 'Old Matters' and an accommodation was given on 26th September 2022.
It is submitted that in respect of an interim order regarding unlawful assembly outside the petitioner's premises an appeal was preferred against the interim measure granted.
By an order dated 17th May 2018, the apppeal has been set for being listed "For Hearing" as a "Mandamus Appeal".
It is submitted that that unlawful assembly and trespass has ceased and the petitioner is in peaceful possession of the property. There is no obstruction to the ingress or egress of the property.
Reserving liberty to the petitioner to take out appropriate proceedings in respect of any further grievance in respect of the property, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.
In view of the disposal of the writ petition, CAN 1 and CAN 2 of 2018 shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
