Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed a server copy of the order dated 23.02.2023 passed in AC-5233 of 2019 duly attested which relates to the present revision. The said copy is taken on record.

From the said order it appears that the complaint case has been dismissed under Section 249 of Cr.P.C. and the accused petitioner herein has been acquitted. Thus considering the present status of the case, the revisonal application is disposed of as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
