In Re: CAN 2 of 2025 The learned advocate representing the appellants/claimants has filed an application being CAN 2 of 2025 which inter alia stated that after the disposal of the instant appeal it came to his notice that the appellant Nos. 2 and 3 after marriage their surname as Kumari Manasi Jana instead of Smt. Manasi Routh and Kumari Mousumi Jana instead of Smt. Mousumi Nayak. The appellant No.5 Srimam Subham Jana should be read as Subham Jana.

Department is directed to take note of the changes in the cause title of the instant appeal in the meantime. Thereafter, office of the Learned Registrar General, High Court at Calcutta is to disburse the compensation award the appellant No.2 and 3 as mentioned in the award passed by the learned Judge, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Fast Track, 1st Court, Contai in M.A.C. Case No. 43 of 2014 on proof of proper identification of the appellant/claimant subject to payment of ad valorem Court's fees.

Since the appellant No.5 is still minor, the office of the learned Registrar General, High Court at Calcutta is to deposit the share of the appellant No.5 in a Nationalized Bank in an auto renewable fixed deposit for a temporary period till he attains majority. The interest accrued from time to time is to be defrayed.

The application being CAN 2 of 2025 is disposed of.
