Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of informing the police authorities in respect of the alleged offences complained of, no action has been taken. Records reflect that a representation was made to the Office of the Commissioner of Police, Bidhannagar Police Commissionerate on 14.02.2023. It is directed that the concerned Office will consider the representation within a period of 4 weeks from the date of communication of this order and inform the petitioner regarding the outcome within 15 days thereafter.

In case the said office is unable to trace out the information furnished on 14.02.2023, a notice be issued for supplying a copy of the information/representation to the petitioner and thereafter proceed as directed above.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 6150 of 2023 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
