1. Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner became aware of the proceeding only after submission of the charge sheet on October 31, 2024.

3. Learned advocate appearing for the State refers to the Case Diary.

4. Petitioner stands implicated in an incident of assault along with the provisions of the Arms Act.

5. The police case is dated August 16, 2020.

6. In view of the long absconsion of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
