Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned election process of the co-operative societies in question by alleging that irregularities have been committed in course of election by the authority concerned and details of such grievance has been brought to the notice of the respondent authority concerned by way of several representations being Annexure P-5 to the writ petition.

Considering the submission of the parties and without going into the merit of the aforesaid representations, this writ petition being WPA 6151 of 2023

is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representations in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representatives and the interested parties, within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order.
