Mr. Edulji, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that police personnel have been posted and they are now living in peace.

Hence, the writ petition shall stand disposed of with a direction upon the Balagarh Police to take immediate steps in the event of any future complaint of the petitioner.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Report of the Officer-in-Charge, Balagarh Police Station, Hooghly dated 18th April, 2023 is taken on record.
