Mr. Victor Chatterjee ..for the petitioners Ms. Sanjukta Gupta ..for the respondent nos. 1 to 4 The learned advocate for the petitioners places before this Court a copy of the letter dated 18th April, 2024 which he has submitted with the Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (respondent no.3) seeking modification of the issue framed by him and referred to the Tribunal as a reference. Let a copy of the letter dated 18th April, 2024 be kept on record.

The writ petitioners in this writ petition have in effect sought for a modification of the issue framed by the respondent no.3 and referred to the Tribunal as part of the reference.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the respondent no.3 is directed to dispose of the prayer made by the petitioners for modification of the issue framed in order of reference bearing no.

KOL700020/25/2023-Dy.CLC(C) dated 21st December, 2023

within a time frame but not beyond three months from the date of service of a copy of this order after giving the petitioners and respondent no.4 appropriate notice and hearing. The petitioners are also directed to serve a copy of this letter along with legible copies of all annexures on respondent no.4 by 30th April, 2024.

Nothing further remains to be adjudicated. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
