The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the alleged inaction on the part of the Jagatballavpur Police Station in enquiring into FIR No. 53 of 2022 dated 05.04.2022 lodged against the private respondent/inlaws. Counsel for the State on instructions submits that investigation has been completed and the Charge Sheet No. 65 of 2022 dated 22.04.2022 has been filed against the respondent nos. 5 to 8 of the writ petition. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of.

The instructions of the O. C., Jagatballavpur Police Station is kept with the record.

There will be no order as to costs.
