Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that they are being resisted by the private respondent for demarcation of the property by way of engaging a registered surveyor.

State has submitted a report which reflects that already proceedings have been drawn up under Sections 126/135 of BNSS. Earlier cases have been registered being Bharatpur P.S. Case No. 324/2017 and Bharatpur P.S. Case No. 325/2017 and charge-sheets have also been submitted in such cases.

Be that as it may, if the petitioners intend to get demarcation by way of engaging surveyor, the petitioners would approach before the jurisdictional BL&LRO. The concerned BL&LRO will engage a registered surveyor and if there is any resistance,

the BL&LRO will pass directions upon the police authorities to render appropriate police assistance. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 5978 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
