Condition of bail imposed on the petitioner i.e. not to enter the jurisdiction of Maheshtala Police Station is waived. Condition of bail to meet the Officer-in-Charge of Budge Budge Police Station thrice in every week is modified and it is directed that the petitioner shall meet the Officer-in-Charge of Budge Budge Police Station once in a month until further orders. Other conditions of bail shall continue.
