Petitioner has approached this Court that in Partition Suit No.38 of 2023 police report was called for from the Inspector-in-Charge, Kandi, Murshidabad. On 07.02.2025 a further direction was passed upon the Inspector-in-Charge, Kandi Police Station, Murshidabad to submit his report with regard to the suit property and the injunction order. As the report was not submitted, presumably the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kandi, Murshidabad could not pass any subsequent orders. In view of the aforesaid, I direct that the report which has been called for by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kandi, Murshidabad in

connection with P.S. Case No.38 of 2023 must be available before the civil court on 17.05.2025. In view of the nature of the directions passed above, police authorities would comply with the same. Accordingly, WPA 6017 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
