The petitioner assails an order dated 11th March, 2020 passed by the Grievance Redressal Officer.

The Distribution Company is represented and submits that the impugned order is an appealable order and the petitioner should have approached the Ombudsman. In view of the statutory alternative efficacious remedy available to the petitioner W.P.A. 6930 of 2021 is dismissed as not maintainable. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the OMBUDSMAN in accordance with law, if so advised. It is made clear that the Appellate Authority will not be influenced by any observations made in this order on the merits of the case.

There shall be no order as to costs.
