The present writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the Certificate Officer to complete the recovery proceeding expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the State has placed a report which includes the copy of the order-sheet in the certificate proceeding wherein it appears that the last hearing was conducted on 25.02.2025 by the Certificate Officer.

The appellate authority vide order dated 18.02.2025 has been pleased to dismiss the appellant company's appeal.

Considering the said facts and the materials on record, the Certificate Officer is hereby directed to make all endeavour to complete the recovery

proceeding preferably within 60 days from the date of this order.

WPA 6048 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
